Lee has been at USC for 37 years as the drill designer and taught the silks for the first 25 years of his Trojan career. He judges for many pageantry organizations including Bands of America, Drum Corps Japan, and Winter Guard International. Since 2000 he has been with Drum Corps International and has held leadership positions that include, Visual Caption Head, Judge Training Coordinator, Judge Liaison. He is now in his second year as the Artistic Director for Drum Corps International.
