About
The TMB E&I Committee is dedicated to fostering an all-inclusive program that promotes a safe space for all TMB members while holding its members accountable to achieve such goals through the promotion of campus resources and subcommittees to monitor section affairs, staff-student relations, student-student relations, and encourage financial inclusion.

Committees
Social Affairs
Our mission is to create an inclusive space for protected classes throughout aspects including, but not limited to member naming, t-shirt designs, cadence, costumes, and bus themes.
Student Support
The Student Support subcommittee liaises between and beyond members of the TMB (including general members, student staff, and student advocates) to communicate the work of the Equality and Inclusion committee and to uphold and enhance well being for all members of the organization.
Staff Relations
Through our committee we want students to freely seek out our members if they have an issue with any staff members. Our goal is to make sure every member of the TMB has an enjoyable experience and feels comfortable around TMB staff.
Financial Inclusion
We will strive to identify and overcome financial barriers for band members and connect them with financial resources.

Looking to hang out with your fellow bandmates? Want to get to know people from other sections? Just want to unwind?

TMB E&I will be hosting alternative social programming in the Pavilion Lounge on the following Friday nights, starting at 7:34 pm (with minor exceptions here and there) as a way to offer socially inclusive Friday night plans!
